 Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
For made-to-order or limited-edition pieces, additional preparation time may be required. A confirmed shipping date will be provided via email if applicable.

Shipping Method & Tracking

All orders are shipped via Chunghwa Post International ePacket, a reliable international shipping service that ensures each item is carefully protected during transit.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor the delivery status.
